My name is Tyra Östlund, and I’m currently in my third year of a Bachelor in Visual Communication at Beckmans College of Design in Stockholm. Originally from Västerås, I have a background in art school and a passion for storytelling through book and magazine illustration.
My work is inspired by comics and pop art, while exploring contemporary themes and experiences from my own as well as others’ lives. Through my work I share my love for experimenting with both colour and shape, and am always open to exploring new topics, techniques, and visual expressions!
